Terms & Conditions

Minimum Booking: General cleaning and deep cleaning require minimum 2 hours.
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed after the client provides location, property type, size, photos if needed, and preferred schedule.
Price Variation: Prices may vary depending on property size, condition, accessibility, stains, grease, dust level, and required equipment.
Inspection Required: Inspection/photos are required for villas, commercial jobs, post-construction cleaning, mold removal, marble polishing, and large jobs.
Monthly Packages: Monthly packages are paid in advance before the first visit.
Cancellation: Free cancellation/rescheduling at least 24 hours before the schedule. Less than 24 hours may have a cancellation fee.
No Access: If the team arrives and cannot access the property, a call-out charge may apply.
Satisfaction: Client concerns should be reported within 24 hours after service for review.
